Founded by Jean Courtney in in August 2015 as the Student Voice Practitioners Podcast, SoundOut‘s Adam Fletcher began hosting the podcast in October 2016. As Jean originally wrote,
Policy and programs that have been developed and informed by the youth are more likely to work than policies and programs that are developed without their voice. In this space, you will have access to perspectives, challenges and exemplary models shared by young people and adult student voice practitioners.
The SoundOut Student Voice Podcast is hosted by Adam Fletcher, an internationally recognized author and speaker. Almost 15 years ago, he founded SoundOut, a technical assistance program of CommonAction Consulting.
